The West Green Road scheme reimagines a former care home and church while preserving a locally listed public house to create a dynamic 88-unit mixed-use development. Spanning 4-6 storeys, the project introduces residential dwellings, a church, and associated facilities, integrating seamlessly into the fabric of the local community.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Located on a large triangular site, the development is organised around three residential blocks, creating new pathways that connect the site and provide enhanced access to Stanley Culross Park at the rear. The locally listed public house will be fully refurbished, housing the relocated church and its facilities, including a ground-floor nursery, giving this historic structure a new lease of life.<\/p>\n

The design employs a materials palette that complements the predominantly brick character of the surrounding area. The massing is thoughtfully articulated, with north-facing winter gardens along the busy West Green Road providing privacy and noise mitigation, while southern and eastern-facing dwellings enjoy expansive balconies with views of the park.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n
