At this Grade II listed warehouse in Wapping, we transformed a two-bedroom apartment into a stunning blend of industrial charm and contemporary comfort. This full interior refurbishment celebrates the building\u2019s original character while crafting a space that\u2019s perfectly suited to modern living.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Collaborating closely with the client, we approached the refurbishment of this two-bedroom apartment with a focus on blending the industrial heritage of the warehouse with contemporary design.<\/p>\n

By stripping away finishes, we uncovered the building\u2019s authentic character\u2014exposed brick walls, concrete beams, and timber Crittall windows became the defining features of the space. Modern furnishings with industrial accents complement these original elements, while the kitchen and bathroom feature clean, minimalist industrial designs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n

Small layout adjustments allowed for a larger kitchen with a breakfast bar, leading to an open plan living and dining area, and door heights were increased, allowing daylight to penetrate deeper into the plan. The bedrooms offer calm, tranquil retreats enhanced by industrial-inspired decor and sweeping City views.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Every detail in the design respects the building\u2019s history while fulfilling the demands of contemporary living.
