Resident were appointed by a private developer to carry out the Technical Design and Delivery stages of this residential scheme consisting of 9 new-build apartments in Merton.
Buildability and efficient delivery were key aspects of this project. We worked very closely with our developer client, consultant team and appointed contractor on the detailed design and specification to ensure their ambitious pre-contract and construction programmes could be met.
Completed (and sold) within 15 months of being appointed, the success of this project has cemented yet another long-term relationship in development for Resident.
