Heath Park Gardens is a reminder that good architecture isn’t defined by scale. It’s defined by care — by clarity in the design, by collaboration with the people involved, and by the attention you give to every decision, no matter how small.
At Resident, we’re used to navigating big schemes and complex planning journeys. But we take the same pride in projects like this: a high-end flat refurbishment where progress is measured in well-resolved junctions, beautifully coordinated interiors and the quiet satisfaction of seeing ideas come together piece by piece.
This three-bedroom home was reimagined for a client with a strong sense of what they wanted. Our role wasn’t to reinvent their vision — it was to make it real. That meant over forty interior elevations, detailed coordination with specialist suppliers, refined lighting layouts, bespoke joinery packages and a lot of conversations about how each space should feel and function. Every drawing had a purpose. Every detail mattered.
The process worked because it was genuinely collaborative. The client came with clear preferences, many drawn from their home abroad, and we shaped those into a coherent architectural whole. On site, the contractor relationship was open, practical and solutions-led — the kind of partnership that keeps momentum up and problems small.
For Babs, leading the project end-to-end was both rewarding and confidence-building. It reaffirmed how satisfying it is to guide a bespoke interior from concept to completion, and how much value a structured architectural approach brings to projects of any size.
Heath Park Gardens shows that whether we’re masterplanning a neighbourhood or redesigning a single home, our hallmark is the same: thoughtful design, rigorous coordination and an unwavering commitment to getting the details right.
