A.O.K Kitchen & Bakery

This high-end commercial project was a collaboration between us and newly formed restaurant franchise AOK Kitchen. The building consists of a restaurant at ground level with a rear snug area, as well as a basement bakery where the kitchens are also located.

We were appointed as a consultant to achieve planning, listed building consent and building control approval. As well as to oversee the project through to completion.

The Façade was reinstated and refurbished, whilst the interior was meticulously detailed to achieve the Mediterranean style that the client was inspired by. The project was a highly detailed, bespoke collaboration between numerous consultants, that resulted in a high-quality finished space to satisfy the array of various stakeholders and ambitious client.
