Thom Sweeney’s new flagship store at 24c Old Burlington Street redefines luxury retail within a fully renovated four-storey townhouse. This iconic space blends timeless sophistication with modern amenities, creating an immersive experience for customers.
The townhouse features collection showrooms, fitting rooms, a made-to-measure lounge, workshops, a barber shop, a pool table, and a cocktail bar—offering customers a seamless journey through the brand’s world of bespoke tailoring.
As executive architects, we played a key role in the technical and coordination design, working alongside Maresca Interiors and McCabe & McGinn to bring the concept to life. Our work included securing planning permission for the change of use from a former office space and introducing innovative fire engineering solutions to create spacious, modern client areas inspired by a private club aesthetic.
The result is a series of clean, elegant spaces that allow customers to meet with their tailors in privacy and comfort, perfectly reflecting the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship and personalised service.
