Building on the success of the Clubrooms lounge at Birmingham Airport, we delivered a new Clubroom at Luton Airport in 2019.
Located adjacent to the main departure area, this lounge provides a premium experience, offering passengers a calm retreat from the institutional feel of the airport environment.
The customer journey begins in the reception, where a wide entrance hall adorned with luxurious joinery pieces sets the tone for the experience ahead. Gold leaf lighting seamlessly connects the reception to the main lounge space, which features thoughtfully arranged seating, soft-lit glass pendant lights, and a large central table perfect for larger groups. A reeded glazed screen subtly divides the room, adding privacy without compromising the open feel.
The main space also includes an elegant dining area framed by deep blue panelling. This space provides a premium dining experience with views of the lounge, the Crittall-glazed bar, and the bustling departures pier.
Tactile wall finishes and sumptuous seating in smaller rooms at the front of the lounge create an exclusive, serene atmosphere, contrasting with the dynamic views of the airport corridor. The design ensures every area feels cohesive, luxurious, and perfectly suited to passengers seeking comfort and sophistication before their flight.
