Tabard Street

We obtained planning for this mixed-use scheme to an existing office building near London Bridge. The proposal created new college teaching spaces on the ground and first floors, with a two-storey extension to the roof providing 14 flats.

Arranged around a new central courtyard with circulation, the dwellings are clad in a modern metal exterior, located upon the masonry of the old existing structure. Care was taken to enable the two separate uses to operate in close proximity and yet protect privacy and amenity.
